Just had to give a review. I had a newer laptop that had multiple MAJOR issues. Basically, unusable. After getting the run-around from a big box store, I saw this post. Having no expectations, I figured, "what have I got to lose"? Nolan was extremely nice, gave me a price range over the phone, and picked up the laptop the same day. He did a wonderful job, I was hoping to get it back before Christmas and he had it back in days and it is like brand new. We've had Carey Tech Solutions work on our laptops a few different times. They have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We had our laptop that was completely fried and Nolan replaced the hard drive, installed Windows, and luckily was even able to save the pictures and files that were on there that I had procrastinated in backing up myself. We also had them build a laptop for our son. The work was great, always honest, and very reasonable. We won't take our equipment anywhere else!
